Celerový salát s mrkví
Suroviny:
1 střední celer
2 mrkve
2 lžíce majonézy
2 lžíce zakysané smetany
Šťáva z ½ citrónu
Mletý bílý pepř
Cukr
Sůl
Postup:
Celer omyjeme, nadrobno nastrouháme, ihned zakapeme citrónem, aby nezhnědl. Přidáme omyté a nadrobno nastrouhané mrkve, opepříme, osolíme a vmícháme majonézu a zakysanou smetanu. Cukr přidáme podle chuti

2 tablespoons sour cream
Juice from ½ of lemon
Ground white pepper

procedure:
Wash celery, finely grate, immediately drizzle with lemon. Add washed and finelygrated carrot, pepper, salt and mix with mayonnaise and sour cream. Add sugar to taste.
