Okurkový salát se smetanou
Suroviny:
3 salátové okurky
125ml zakysané smetany
Citrónová šťáva
Sůl
Mletý pepř
Postup:
Okurky oloupeme, nakrájíme na kostičky, posypeme solí, a necháme asi 1 hodinu stát. slijeme vodu a smícháme s kyselou smetanou, do které jsem přidali trochu citrónové šťávy, sůl a mletý pepř.
