Postup:
Příprava tohoto francouzského salátu je velmi jednoduchá. Všechny přísady do zálivky se společně promíchají a dají na misku. Z vypraných hlávkových salátů se vyberou tvrdá srdíčka, nakrájejí se na čtvrtky a dají doprostřed stolu do velké mísy. Každý si na talířek nalije trochu zálivky a srdíčka v ní namáčí.
