Suroviny:
500 g hladké mouky
1 lžička prášku do pečiva
250 g másla
180 g práškového cukru
špetka soli
6 velkých jablek
vanilkový cukr
máslo na pokapáni koláče a na vymaštění plechu
Postup:
Smícháme mouku, prášek do pečiva a špetku soli a vpracujeme máslo. Přilejeme něco vody a pečlivě zaděláme těsto. Rozdělíme je na polovinu a vyválíme dvě silnější placky. Jednu položíme na vymaštěný a moukou poprášený plech a nakrouháme na ni oloupaná jablka. Pěkně posypeme práškovým cukrem a přikryjeme druhou plackou. Okraje navlhčíme vodou a pečlivě přitlačíme a plech vložíme do vyhřáté trouby. Pečeme asi hodinu. Během pečení pilně pokapáváme rozpuštěným máslem. Hotový koláč posypeme navrch vanilkovým cukrem a když vychladne, nakrájíme ho na řezy. Stejně připravujeme i hruškový koláč.
