Postup:
Na talíř rozložíme lístky zeleného salátu a poklademe je kousky melounu, které nakrájíme lžící, a dílky pomeranče zbavené jader. Pokapeme citrónovou šťávou a uprostřed ozdobíme kopečkem šlehačky.
