Suroviny:
2 zelené okurky
2 kelímky jogurtu
2 stroužky česneku
2 lžíce octa
2 lžíce oleje
1 lžička mletého fenyklu
1 lžička drobně nasekané máty peprné
sůl
Postup:
Okurky zbavíme slupek a jader a nakrájíme je na kostky. Osolíme a necháme odpočinout. v míse smícháme drcený česnek, jogurt, ocet, olej a fenykl. Okurky opláchneme studenou vodou, osušíme a vložíme do směsi. Navrch posypeme čerstvě nasekanou mátou.

Ingredients:
2 green cucumbers
2 cups yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon of Finely chopped mint

procedure:
Cucumbers rid peelings and cores and cut them into cubes. Add salt and letrest. in a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, yogurt, vinegar, oil and then fennel.Cucumbers rinse with cold water, pat dry and add to mixture. On top sprinkle with freshly chopped mint.
