Cold tomato soup recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of tomato juice
1 glass of natural white wine
teaspoon of hot pepper or chilli
green cucumber
legume of green peppers
salt
ice
Procedure:
Pour wine into tomato juice, add salt and place it in refrigerator. Chilled
soup spill to plates and decorate with slices of cucumber and noodles of pepper, which
we sprinkle with any spice to taste. Into each plate we put two ice cubes and serve.

4 šálky rajčatové šťávy
sklenka přírodního bílého vína
lžička čilli nebo pálivé papriky
zelená okurka
lusk zelené papriky

Postup:
Do rajčatové šťávy nalijeme víno, osolíme a vložíme do chladničky. Vychlazenou
polévku rozlijeme do talířů a ozdobíme plátky okurky a nudličkami papriky, které
okořeníme. Do každého talíře vložíme ještě dvě kostky ledu a podáváme.
