Mushrooms with tomatoes recipe

Ingredients:
400 g of mushrooms
200 g of tomatoes
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of chili or hot peppers
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of hot spices
1 / 4 teaspoon of ground ginger
handful of fresh parsley
5 tablespoons of butter
salt

Procedure:
Fry chopped onion on butter, add crushed garlic, all spices except the hot and finely chopped parsley and fry the mixture for about two minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes and soon after them add chopped mushrooms. When mushrooms are soft,sprinkle it with hot spice and served with pancakes.

Houby na rajčatech


Suroviny:
400 g hub
200 g rajčat
2 cibule
2 stroužky česneku
1 lžička chilli nebo pálivé papriky
1 lžička sladké papriky
1 lžička horkého koření
1/4 lžičky mletého zázvoru
hrstka zelené petrželky
5 lžic másla
sůl


Postup:
Na másle osmažíme nakrájenou cibuli, přidáme drcený česnek, všechno koření vyjma horkého a drobně nasekanou petrželku a smažíme ještě asi dvě minuty. Pak vhodíme nakrájená rajčata a brzy po nich nakrájené houby. Když jsou houby měkké, posypeme horkým kořením a podáváme s plackami.
