Rybí karí
Suroviny
500 g rybího masa (kapr, filé a podobné)
1 větší cibule
2 feferonky
3 lžíce hořčice
špetka zázvoru a kmínu
1 lžička koření kari
sůl
olej na smažení
1 citrón
Postup:
Porce rybího masa osolíme, posypeme kořením kari, zázvorem a kmínem a potřeme hořčicí po obou stranách. Nadrobno nasekáme cibuli a feferonky a osmažíme je na oleji. Přidáme rybu, opražíme na obou stranách a podlijeme. Dusíme doměkka a přichutíme citrónem.
